We have regular volunteering opportunties in the community in an Inclusive, Warm & Supportive Environment

Thursday Community Cafe @ Bristol Estate Community Room
On Thursdays we cook a community meal for 80-100 people, all using surplus ingredients. The regular volunteer roles are:

• Community Chef (10am - 2pm) - help us cook the meal. See role description for more information.

  
  

• Host (11am-3pm) - welcome people and serve the meal. See role description for more information.

  
  

• Food Distributor (11am-3pm) - stocking the community fridge and packing food boxes. See role description for more information.

The easiest way for you to get a sense of what our Thursday operation is like is to come along, eat lunch and speak to one of the team.

We also need Volunteer Drivers on an ad hoc basis to collect offers of surplus food. See role description for more information. Please drop us an email if this is something that you’d be willing and able to do.
